Privacy Policy
Arrow Untangle ("the App") uses the third-party services listed below in order to improve the game, understand how it is used, and deliver advertising.
Information collected and used
The App and these third-party services may collect device information, app launches and screen views, stage starts and completions, changes in the number of lives, ad impressions and views, an approximate region inferred from the IP address, diagnostic information, advertising identifiers and other identifiers. The App has no feature that independently collects your name, address or email address.
Text you enter as feedback
Only if you type into the "What was missing for you?" field inside the App and tap Send is that text sent to the analytics service. It is used solely to improve the game. Entering anything is optional, and the field can be closed while empty.
Data that stays on your device
Cleared stages, remaining lives and the time an ad was last shown are stored only on your device. They are never transmitted, and the developer cannot read them. Deleting the App removes them.
Purposes
- Understanding how the game is used and finding defects
- Improving the stages, the difficulty and the controls
- Delivering advertising, measuring it, and preventing abuse
Third-party services
The handling, retention and international transfer of collected information are also governed by the terms and policies of each service provider.
Tracking
On iOS, the App asks for permission to track the first time it is opened. If you allow it, the advertising identifier (IDFA) is used to show ads that are more relevant to you. Declining changes nothing about how the game plays. You will simply see ads that are less relevant.
You can change this at any time in iOS under Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
Advertising and consent
In regions where it is legally required, choices about advertising are presented through the Google User Messaging Platform.
Children's privacy
The App is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children without the consent of a parent or guardian. Where necessary, please use it under adult supervision.
Changes
This policy may be revised in response to changes in law, in the service, or in the SDKs used. Significant changes will be announced on this page or within the App.
