Common questions

I ran out of lives

Three mistakes uses up your lives. Watching an ad lets you carry on from where you were. Going back to the stage list refills your lives for free, and your cleared stages are kept.

The next stage will not open

Clearing the previous stage unlocks it. If you would rather skip ahead, tap a locked stage and you can watch an ad to open it.

An arrow will not come out

An arrow travels straight in the direction its head points. If even one other arrow sits anywhere along that path, it cannot leave. When that happens the blocking arrow flashes red — remove that one first.

The picture is too small to see

Pinch with two fingers to zoom in, up to 14x. Drag with one finger to move around. While zoomed in, a "Fit to screen" button appears at the top right.

I changed phones and lost my progress

Cleared stages and lives are stored only on the device. They cannot be transferred to another device, and they are lost if the app is deleted. We are not able to restore them.
