Terms of Use
These terms set out the conditions for using Arrow Untangle ("the App"). By downloading or using the App you are deemed to have agreed to them.
1. Cost
The App is free to use. It is funded by advertising. There are no in-app purchases.
2. Advertising
The App displays advertising. Details are on the Ads & Analytics page.
You may choose to watch a video ad to recover a life or to unlock a stage ahead of turn. Watching is always optional. Lives refill for free when you return to the stage list, and every stage can be opened by clearing the stages in order.
3. Stored data
Your progress — cleared stages and remaining lives — is stored only on your device. It is not stored on any server operated by the developer.
As a result, if the App is deleted, the device is reset, or you move to a different device, your progress is lost and cannot be recovered. The developer is also unable to recover it. Please be aware of this before you begin.
4. Prohibited conduct
When using the App you must not:
- act unlawfully or contrary to public order and morals;
- analyse, modify or reverse-engineer the App;
- cause advertisements to be displayed by improper means, or manipulate advertising revenue;
- interfere with the operation of the App; or
- do anything else the developer reasonably considers inappropriate.
5. Intellectual property
Rights in the App's program, its screens and its stage design belong to the developer.
The stages shaped after famous artworks are original outline drawings produced by the developer, using public-domain works of art whose copyright term has expired as their subject. They are not reproductions of the original works.
6. Disclaimer
The developer makes no warranty that the App is fit for any particular purpose, that it has the features, accuracy or usefulness you expect, or that it will be free of defects.
Except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence, the developer is not liable for any loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, the App.
The developer is not responsible for content provided by advertisers or by third-party services.
7. Changes to the service
The developer may change the content of the App, or discontinue it, without prior notice.
8. Changes to these terms
These terms may be revised at any time. Revised terms take effect when they are posted on this page.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute relating to the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the developer's location, as the court of first instance.
